Price Guide

The cost of each service is comprised of an appointment fee (per pet) and a travel surcharge (per household, or per postcode/area if joint/zone visits arranged). Medications and consumables will be in addition to this. We aim to be transparent in our costs, which is why they have been broken down in this way. Itemised invoices and estimates are always available upon request. If you would like an official estimate of costs for a specific appointment or treatment please get in touch.

Appointment Fee:

  • Basic/Routine (existing patients) - £40

  • Basic/Routine (new patients) - £45

  • Health Assessment A (initial) - £50

  • Health Assessment B (follow-up) - £40

  • Injection Fee (no consultation) - £20

  • Case Review/Second Opinion (telemedicine only) - £30

  • Case Review/Second Opinion (including appointment) - £80

  • Medication Review/Six Monthly Health Check (existing patient) - £40

  • Telemedicine (registered patients) - no charge

  • Telemedicine (non-registered patients) - £15

”Basic/Routine” appointments include general health checks, vaccination/routine appointments, nails/anal glands, very basic health concerns etc.

”Health Assessment” appointments generally relate to examinations for new or ongoing health concerns.

“Injection Fee“ applies to appointments for injection of long-term medications/treatments/one-off singular treatments that do not require a consultation.

No additional charges are made for anal gland expression or nail trims, but they will be subject to time availability and patient compliance!

As a small business and mobile veterinary service provider, we do not hold large quantities of medication in stock. But, where appropriate, we are happy to encourage the use of written prescriptions or arrange supply of medications direct from us. Additionally, we cannot currently process direct insurance claims, but can assist with indirect claims.
